Users are encouraged to help maintain the security of their information by choosing strong passwords that include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters. Sharing passwords with third parties is strongly discouraged.

While TradeInsights acknowledges the copyrights associated with its products and services, it cannot guarantee the accuracy of the results due to the dynamic nature of the securities market but will strive to provide the most accurate outcomes possible.
- The Platform may collect aggregate data on how both registered and unregistered users interact with the Platform. This aggregate data, which cannot be traced back to individual users, accounts, or browsers, is used to enhance the Platform's functionality and performance.
- Users can adjust their browser's cookie settings, but disabling cookies may affect the Platform's functionality and limit access to certain services or information.
- Users have the right to review the information they have provided to TradeInsights and request amendments if it is inaccurate or incomplete. TradeInsights is not responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of the information provided by the user or any third party on their behalf.
- TradeInsights reserves the right to send notifications, emails, and other communications as necessary to comply with applicable laws or as deemed appropriate by the Company.
- User passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be decrypted by TradeInsights.
- TradeInsights does not store user-created strategies unless saved by the user. Users can permanently delete saved strategies at any time using the 'Delete' option.
- TradeInsights stores the results of trade tests conducted by users in a simulated environment for seven calendar days, after which they are permanently deleted.
- TradeInsights stores user-deployed strategies for live trading or simulated environment tests for seven calendar days for error tracing, after which they are permanently deleted.
- TradeInsights does not store user login details for stockbroker accounts. Users must log in manually to their demat accounts if they wish to deploy a strategy for live trading.
- The API key and setup information used to access stockbroker accounts are permanently deleted once the user disconnects from the stockbroker.
- Access tokens used to deploy user-created strategies involve no human intervention from TradeInsights. These tokens are used only during trading hours, are valid for a limited time, and are overwritten once the user logs in again.
- TradeInsights will not retain user data longer than necessary for providing Platform services or as required by law.
- In the event of a data breach, TradeInsights will notify users immediately. Users can file any grievances regarding privacy policy violations with Customer Support at support@tradeinsights.com.
- TradeInsights may use user information for purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, evaluating promotional campaign effectiveness, and improving its services, products, and user experience.
